"Where do I start!? A good friend of mine shared Sally’s info with me while walking this morning. I sent an email and received a call. Quotes for both home an auto ins were sent out almost immediately. But that’s not the best part, she took the time to go through each component of the policy with me, exposing things missing and what I was overpaying for. I’m now bundled with State Farm with amazing rates and she took care of everything. All I have to do is call and cancel the others. What started as a morning walk has lead me to savings. "I'm in my 6th decade of life and change doesn't happen as easily as it was a few years ago. We've been with the same home and car insurance provider for 9 years so switching brought some anxiety and quite frankly fear. Sally Songy over the phone instantly put that anxiety to rest. She took charge, educated us without speaking down to us, was patient, professional and friendly; we felt like we were being cared for by a trusted relative.
