"I was looking for a homeowners quote when I contacted Kimberly Wilcox's agency over a year ago. At the time my parish wasn't being insured by State Farm. I spoke with Sally Songy and she said she'd keep my number and reach out to me when/if that changed. I forgot about it, but recently Sally called me to notify me they could insure me now if I was still interested. I was so pleased she called and I switched both my homeowers and auto insurances.
